This policy explains how Yusuf Furkan Seyhan (the developer of Billard Rivals, “we”, “us”) processes information when you use the game. It covers the game's account, online play, social features, support and advertising services. The Android package identifier is com.billardrivals.
For privacy questions or requests, contact billardrivals@gmail.com.
1. Information we process
- Account information: Firebase account identifiers, player identifiers, guest account status, and, depending on your sign-in method, your email address and information supplied for Google sign-in. Your Google password is not provided to the developer.
- Game information: username, language, connection country, selected avatar and frame, level, experience, rankings, match history and statistics, virtual currency balances, owned and equipped items, reward and transaction records, and account creation and last sign-in timestamps.
- Social information: friends and invitations, online presence, chat messages you send, associated player, room or match identifiers, and timestamps.
- Support information: when you submit an issue report, we process your report text, player identity, game version and device model. Do not include passwords, payment card details or unnecessary sensitive information.
- Connection and advertising information: service providers receive your IP address and technical connection information. Depending on platform, permissions and configuration, Google Mobile Ads may process advertising or other device identifiers, ad interactions, approximate location inferred from IP address, and diagnostic information.
- Information stored on your device: session information, preferences, caches and records used to restore interrupted matches or retry pending transactions.
2. Why information is used
We use information to authenticate users, maintain accounts and game progress, operate matchmaking and multiplayer sessions, display country and global rankings, provide chat and friend features, manage virtual items and rewards, investigate issues, protect service integrity, and display and measure advertisements.
The game determines connection country using IP-based services, including country.is and a Cloudflare fallback. This feature does not use GPS coordinates. These providers receive your IP address when the game connects to them. Network checks may also connect to external connectivity services.
3. What other players can see
Your username, player identifier, country flag, game avatar and frame, and relevant game statistics may appear in profiles, rankings and match screens. Messages in shared chat channels are visible to the relevant participants; match messages are visible to the relevant players. Avoid sharing private or sensitive information in chat.
4. Service providers and disclosures
The game uses the following services where relevant:
- Google and Firebase: sign-in, authentication, cloud database and supporting services.
- Photon: online matchmaking, room connections and multiplayer communication.
- Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads and User Messaging Platform: advertisements and applicable consent or privacy choices.
- country.is and Cloudflare: connection-country lookup and related network services.
Authorized administration and support personnel may access relevant records to operate the game, resolve support requests and manage in-game transactions. Information may also be disclosed where required by applicable law or reasonably necessary to address fraud, abuse or security issues. Advertising-related processing and sharing are described below; we do not claim that advertising providers receive no personal information.
Providers may operate servers outside your country, so your information may be processed internationally. Applicable data protection requirements and safeguards depend on the service and jurisdiction.
Provider information: Google Privacy Policy, Firebase Privacy and Security, Photon Privacy Policy, Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
5. Advertising and privacy choices
Billard Rivals includes rewarded and match-end advertisements. Advertising services may use the information described above for ad delivery, measurement, diagnostics and fraud prevention. Where consent is required, applicable consent choices are presented through the advertising consent interface. You can use available in-game privacy options and your device's advertising settings to manage relevant choices. Declining personalized advertising does not necessarily stop all technical data processing or all advertising.
6. Retention and account deletion
Account and game records are retained to maintain your account and progress and operate the features described in this policy. Other records may remain until removed through an applicable deletion process. Some records may need to be retained for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention or resolving disputes. We do not promise immediate removal from every provider system or backup.
The current in-app account deletion action deletes the sign-in account, but does not automatically remove all game records stored on the server. To request deletion of your account and associated personal information, including remaining server records, email billardrivals@gmail.com. You can submit a request even if you cannot access the game.
View account and data deletion instructions →We may need to verify account ownership before acting on a request. Any information that cannot be deleted because of an applicable legal obligation or other lawful exception, and the reason and relevant retention period, will be explained when handling the request. This policy does not specify a guaranteed completion deadline.
7. Your rights and legal grounds
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct or delete your information, restrict or object to processing, receive a portable copy, and withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. You may also complain to your competent data protection authority. Contact billardrivals@gmail.com to make a request.
Where a legal basis is required, we process information as necessary to provide the service you request, for legitimate interests such as service security and support subject to applicable safeguards, to comply with legal obligations, or on the basis of consent where required. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
8. Security
We use authentication, access controls and secure communication features provided by the services used to help protect information. No electronic system or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
9. Children and age requirements
Billard Rivals is intended for users aged 13 and above and is not directed to children under 13. If the law in your country requires a higher age for independent use or consent, those requirements apply. Where parental or guardian authorization is legally required, it must be obtained before use. If you believe a child under the applicable age has provided personal information, contact billardrivals@gmail.com so we can review the situation and take appropriate action, including deletion where required.
10. This website
This policy website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes technical request information, such as IP addresses and browser or connection details, to serve and secure the website. This page does not add analytics scripts, advertising scripts, contact forms or its own tracking cookies. Email links open your email application; they do not submit a request automatically.
11. Changes and contact
We may update this policy when the game or our practices change. The effective date will be updated on this page; additional notice will be provided where required.
