Request deletion by email
To request deletion of your Billard Rivals account and associated personal information, email billardrivals@gmail.com with the subject Billard Rivals account deletion request.
Include your player ID, username and sign-in method. If you no longer know your player ID, explain this in your email. For a linked account, sending from the associated email address may help verify ownership. Do not send your password or authentication codes.
You may use this method without reinstalling the game or signing in. Sending an email is a request; clicking the link alone does not delete your account or send a message.
What the request covers
You can request deletion of your sign-in account and associated personal information, including your player profile, game progress, virtual currency and inventory records, social records, messages and support records associated with your account, subject to applicable legal exceptions and ownership verification. You can also specify particular information you want deleted.
Current in-game option
The Settings account deletion action deletes the sign-in account. It currently does not automatically delete all server-side game records. Use the email method above to request removal of remaining associated information.
Verification, timing and retained records
We may ask for information necessary to verify that you own the account. We will handle requests in accordance with applicable law and explain any necessary verification, expected processing time and lawful limitations in our response. No fixed completion deadline is guaranteed on this page.
Where retention is necessary for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention or dispute resolution, we will explain the affected records, reason and relevant retention period when handling your request. Deletion may prevent recovery of your progress and virtual items. Information already copied by other players is outside our direct control.
